Tom Lacey | Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Tom Lacey is Chairman and CEO of G2 Tech and is responsible for all aspects of the company. Prior to joining G2 Tech, Tom served as CEO and board member of Phoenix Technologies (NASDAQ: PTEC), the leading provider of core systems software, where he led the company's return to profitability and successful acquisition by Marlin Equity Partners for approximately $152 million, a ~55% increase in market capitalization from when Tom joined Phoenix. Prior to Phoenix, Tom was Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Applied Materials' SunFab Thin Film Solar Products where he was responsible for all aspects of the ~$700M business. From 2006 to 2007, Tom was President of Flextronics International's Components Group, which he joined in connection with the successful $300 million sale to Flextronics of International Display Works (IDW), a developer of LCD displays. Tom served as Chairman, President and CEO of IDW from 2004 to 2006, where he drove significant revenue and profitability growth and increased the market capitalization by approximately 6 times. Over a 13 year career at Intel, Tom held various management and executive positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President Sales and Marketing, President of Intel Americas, where he was responsible for over $12 billion in sales. In his last year at Intel, as Vice President and General Manager, Flash Products, Tom grew revenues by $500 million to $2.3 billion. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.

Ben Weisshaut | Founder
Ben founded G2 Tech in 2002 and has led the company from initial concept to a leading cloud-based solution provider for semiconductor manufacturers. Ben has more than twenty years experience in the electronics industry, playing key senior roles in various technology related companies. His prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Wintec Industries, where he was responsible for growing OEM sales from $15m to over $300m, and as CEO of Blue Market, a software based platform development company. Ben is also an active member of several charitable groups, including the Gyuto Foundation, working to preserve Tibetan culture, and the Osher Center at UCSF, providing assistance to under-served families dealing with autism and learning disabilities.

Robert Andersen | Executive Vice President and CFO
Robert Andersen is Executive Vice President and CFO of G2 Tech. Prior to joining G2 Tech, Robert was the Chief Financial Officer at Phoenix Technologies (NASDAQ: PTEC), the leading provider of core systems software. He helped sell Phoenix to a private equity firm in a transaction that completed in November 2010. Robert spent six years in various senior financial roles at Wind River Systems, a leading embedded systems software company. Prior to Wind River, he was the Finance Director at NextOffice, Inc., a privately-held technology company. Robert began his finance career at Hewlett-Packard Company where he served in various controller, treasury, and technology finance management roles. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis, an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Steve Martin | Senior Vice President, Sales
Steve Martin is Senior Vice President, Sales at G2 Tech where he has responsibility for all facets of the sales channel incorporated with both upstream supplier and downstream customer business. Most recently, he was in charge of running the Western Region for a leading independent distribution company, which provided fulfillment and supply chain programs to EMS and OEM companies. Steve has also held senior sales and supply chain management roles at Solectron and TTI. He began his career in the electronics industry in 1992. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University.

Steve Dyer | Executive Vice President and CTO
Steven Dyer is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of G2 Tech. Steve has responsibility for software engineering and data center operations as well as driving the direction of G2's technology. Prior to joining G2, Steve served as Vice President of Technology at SuccessFactors (NASDAQ: SFSF), where he was responsible for scalability, performance and security of their SaaS platform serving over 10 million users and growing 40% annually. With 25 years of diverse experience in the software industry, Steve has held management and technical positions at Oracle and Hewlett-Packard. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Pittsburg State University.

Jeff Ichnowski | Chief Architect
Jeff Ichnowski is the Chief Architect of G2 Tech where he is responsible for creating and advancing software architecture. Prior to joining G2, Jeff served as the Principal Architect and a Director of Engineering at SuccessFactors (NASDAQ: SFSF), where he was involved in all aspects of the development of the software behind the company's success. Jeff built and lead the development of multiple key applications, grew the engineering team from a few developers to hundreds, while scaling the architecture to keep up with the customer, team and technology growth. Prior to SuccessFactors, Jeff held lead architectural positions at several startups, and currently serves as a technical adviser to early stage startups. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Japan Studies from UC Berkeley.

Anne Ting | Executive Vice President, Marketing
Anne Ting is Executive Vice President, Marketing of G2 Tech where she has responsibility for marketing, strategy and product management. Most recently, she was the founder and Principal of Synthe Consulting, which provided go-to-market strategy and marketing leadership to technology growth companies. Previously, Anne headed marketing for Motorola's software platforms & ecosystem with responsibility for Motorola's strategic platforms including mobile-Linux. Anne has also held senior sales and marketing management roles at Tellme Networks where she helped grow the company beyond $100M in revenue and into profitability. Tellme was acquired by Microsoft in a transaction valued at approximately $800 million. She began her career as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company. Anne holds a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Cathal Lathrop | Senior Vice President, Operations
Cathal Lathrop is Sr. Vice President of Operations of G2 Tech where he has responsibility for global facilities and operations. Cathal joined G2 Tech in 2007, concentrating his work on scaling and growing the company's infrastructure and operations from ~35,000 sq. ft. in 2007 to a global footprint of over ~300,000 sq. ft. in US and Asia today. Prior to joining G2 Tech, Cathal worked in the applications engineering field at Wintec Industries, a module design & manufacturing company in Silicon Valley. Cathal holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Computer Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and a Master's Degree in Electronic Systems from Dublin City University.
